A coloured World Championship: art and sport at the PalaLottomatica

Children enjoying "A coloured World Championship" initiative

Rome, Italy, September 28, 2014 - For the FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship Italy 2014, Studio Martis, in collaboration with Martis Children Association, created and attended the “A Coloured World Championships” to underline the central theme between volleyball and art.

One thousand and more drawings and thoughts of children ages 5 to 13 years old that give life to this very colorful initiative, as a result of the synergy between Lazio Regional Committee and Latina’s Provincial Committee, and the Martis Children Association. Next to the children, even the Hospital’s “Bambin Gesù” game room, the Capena Wurth Art Forum and the Rome’s Exploring Museum.

Each little volleyball player expressed his creativity and his emotions. Each one through his experience, his emotions, his ambitions, his dreams added a piece to the big puzzle.

“A coloured World Championship” wants to explain the friendship’s sense, the team’s "value and the giving oneself a challenge."
